The Ring Community Support Team is seeking a Supervisor to join our Call Center Operations in our brand new Tempe, AZ facility. The Community Support Supervisor will be leading a team of top performing, goal-oriented agents in the fight for reducing crime in neighborhoods. Supervisors will be motivated, driven and have a high level of enthusiasm to coach and develop teams to exceed all expectations. Candidates will be highly creative and able to adapt to a fast-paced, ever changing environment. Supervisors will consistently grow the future of our outstanding culture, while ensuring we provide the best experience for our neighbors.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Manage a team of technical sales representatives and their activities for the achievement of targets and goals
    • Monitor team performance metrics to ensure that the call center goals are consistently exceeded
    • Coach, develop, and motivate team members to exceed department goals
    • Write and conduct performance evaluations as well as monitor attendance and performance of each employee
    • Maintain harmony among employees and resolve grievance to create a Ring-worthy atmosphere
    • Adapt and champion consistent changes in a technical startup environment

Do You Have What It Takes:

    • 3+ years of call center supervisory experience
    • Proven experience of call center operations, including call center KPI’s, coaching techniques and strategies
    • Strong knowledge of customer satisfaction drivers
    • Leadership qualities, including relationship building, meeting facilitation, time management, organizational skills, and ability to lead without authority 
    • Strong interpersonal communication with the ability to adapt to various personalities
    • Proven ability to manage remote employees
