 The Ring Community Support Team strives to provide a Ring of Security for all of our Neighbors! We are seeking a Supervisor to join our Call Center Operations in our Tempe office. The Community Support Supervisor will be leading a team of top performing, goal-oriented team members in the fight for reducing crime in neighborhoods. Supervisors will be motivated, driven and have a high level of enthusiasm to coach and develop teams to exceed all expectations. As a Supervisor, you will provide coaching, guidance and mentorship to drive achievement of individual and team performance goals. Candidates will be highly creative and able to adapt to a fast paced ever changing environments. Supervisors will consistently grow the future of our outstanding culture, while ensuring we provide the best experience for our neighbors. 

Here’s What You’ll be Doing:

    • Manage performance and behaviors of 18-20 Ring Alarm Team Members through effective 1:1 meeting, coaching and mentorship
    • Develop and implement performance goals, monitor and evaluate against pre-set goals to resolve performance behaviors as needed 
    • Review and analyze performance metrics to identify areas of opportunity that will drive performance improvements
    • Manage schedules, monitor adherence, time-off planning and attendance in partnership with Workforce Management
    • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, always portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues
    • Communicate with other departments on a consistent basis to identify, track and resolve technical issues
    • Conduct call calibrations to review quality and improve performance

Do You Have What It Takes:

    • 7+ years of call center experience (Prior security experience a plus)
    • 5+ years of supervisory experience 
    • Proven experience of call center operations, including call center KPI’s, coaching techniques and strategies
    • Strong knowledge of customer satisfaction drivers
    • Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using department resources, policies and procedures
    • Strong interpersonal communication with the ability to adapt to various personalities
    • Ensure our team members have a clear and concise understanding of the performance and behaviors that will drive improvement
