Riveron is looking for a Salesforce Manager focused on the Salesforce platform to join our Technology Enablement practice. The Salesforce Manager will work side-by-side with our consulting team members in leading client projects ranging from software selection, implementations, optimizations, integrations, and technical support. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven successful implementation background and the desire to support business development and practice growth.

Who You Are:

    • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Management Information Systems (MIS) 
    • 5+ years of Salesforce implementation or optimization experience in client-facing role
    • Leading multiple concurrent full-cycle Salesforce implementations including discovery sessions, project planning meetings, product demonstrations, and quality assurance
    • One or more certification in Salesforce Admin, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant
    • Previous experience and ability to gather, document, and present business requirements and effectively implement a CRM solution with understanding of interdependencies with ERP, CRM, and PSA solutions 
    • Understanding of migration strategies, tools, and leading practices based on data attributes
    • Experience managing offshore implementation team resources.
    • Working knowledge and familiarity with Agile framework and execution; knowledge of Agile and other collaboration tools such as Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Slack 
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and a solution-oriented mindset
    • Ability to work in ever-changing, dynamic environment
    • Ability to craft and deliver verbal, written, and oral messages and make recommendations to a variety of audiences, including client leadership and internal teams
    • Desire to get involved in the Riveron culture and internal initiatives, including community service, training, interviewing, intramurals, and other social/networking activities

What You'll Do:

    • Execute Projects  
    • Collaborate with delivery team members to develop effective Salesforce solutions for business and technical challenges
    • Work directly with delivery team members and client stakeholders to develop business requirements and translate requirements into optimized Salesforce functionality
    • Lead workshops to define implementation plans
    • Lead implementation team(s) in executing solution implementations
    • Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including but not limited to functional specifications, design specifications, configurations, quality assurance, implementations, and project reviews for engagements
    • Lead engagement quality assurance efforts to deliver a superior implementation
    • Define integration requirements and collaborate with integration team(s) to interface third-party applications with Salesforce
    • Facilitate client stakeholder alignment while providing guidance and salesforce expertise

    • Support Business Development and Sales 
    • Lead pre-sales meetings with prospective clients to assess project level-of-effort and to assist in determining if Salesforce is the best fit for requirements presented
    • Scope Salesforce modules and services required to assist clients in achieving objectives
    • Create and review work plans and draft proposals

    • Salesforce Practice Development 
    • Work with practice leadership to develop Salesforce-specific training, business development training and collateral such as case-studies and quals, and engagement materials/templates
    • Support a Salesforce Partner Program development and strategy including partner track maturity framework
    • Collaborate with practice leadership to develop and maintain a competency and delivery model framework
$100,000 - $180,000 a year
The expected pay range for this position is $100,000 to $180,000 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits for which this role may be eligible). This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making individual compensation decisions including but not limited to experience and training; skill sets; licensure and certifications; location and other business and organizational needs; and applicable laws.
