Riveron is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support our global business operations in a fully remote role. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a support-driven environment and enjoys optimizing CRM systems for efficiency and scalability.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the daily administration, configuration, and enhancement of our Salesforce platform—ensuring high performance, data integrity, and a seamless user experience. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, resolve technical issues, and help drive continuous improvement across our Sales and Service functions. Who You Are:

    • A highly capable and proactive Salesforce professional with a strong grasp of system administration, user management, and CRM optimization.
    • Passionate about technology and business process improvement, with the ability to support teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
    • A seasoned Salesforce Administrator with hands-on experience managing and optimizing Salesforce environments.
    • Comfortable working independently and collaborating remotely with global teams.
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201), with deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and security best practices.
    • Proficient in process automation tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
    • Experienced in data management using tools like Data Loader and Data Import Wizard.
    • Detail-oriented and proactive, capable of troubleshooting and solving complex issues in a cross-functional setting.
    • A strong communicator, able to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

    • Administer and maintain Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
    • Monitor system performance, provide user support, and resolve technical issues promptly.
    • Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, page layouts, and security settings.
    • Perform regular data imports, deduplication, backups, and ensure data accuracy and cleanliness.
    • Design and maintain reports, dashboards, workflow rules, and automations to support business operations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
    • Support system upgrades, Salesforce releases, and third-party integrations via AppExchange or custom APIs.
    • Maintain up-to-date system documentation and create training materials for end users.
    • Ensure ongoing compliance with internal standards and data governance policies.
    • Provide on-call and real-time support for urgent Salesforce-related issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience supporting global teams or working in a follow-the-sun support model across time zones.
    • Additional Salesforce certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Service Cloud Consultant.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience and ability to support Lightning components and configuration.
    • Experience with third-party tools and integrations commonly used in the Salesforce ecosystem.
