The Financial Advisory Alliance Manager at Riveron is a highly visible position responsible for identifying, developing, and leading the growth of our current and future financial advisory partnerships. They will collaborate with senior leaders within Riveron and our alliance partners to formulate and execute effective regional go-to-market strategies while also actively cultivating new partnerships and joint offerings to strengthen our market presence and outreach. 

Who You Are

    • Bachelor’s degree. 
    • 5-7 years of experience in partner management, sales, business development, or consulting. 
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to deliver messages across a variety of internal and external audiences. 
    • Ability to persuasively articulate Riveron’s offerings and its business value to customers and partners. 
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a vast array of information and create structure in heavily ambiguous environments. 
    • Ability to interact with organizations in a professional manner. 
    • Highly self-motivated and able to work in a team environment. 
    • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams, including remote teams in different time zones. 
    • Knowledge of Riveron ecosystem, practice areas, competencies, and offerings. 
    • General understanding of Financial Close, Financial Reporting, Tax, GRC, and ESG software solutions. 
    • Willingness to travel up to 20%. 

What You'll Do

    • Strategy 
    • Support the Financial Advisory partnerships leader to drive key partner revenue goals based on input from overall market strategy, market growth goals, and practice focus areas. 
    • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner and Riveron needs on an ongoing basis. 
    • Support Alliance Lead in engagement activities such as marketing campaigns, sales alignment, and customer engagement to support overall partner strategy. 
    • Ability to obtain an understanding of the partner ecosystem, including incentive programs, enablement offerings, and success measures. 
    • Sales 
    • Assist in building strong, trusted relationships within Riveron’s partner and professional services ecosystem. 
    • Support revenue generating activities for Riveron through the partner sales channel, and partner with sales and practice leadership to plan accounts and co-sell to execute on this growth. 
    • Engage local Riveron markets and technology partner in account planning and co-selling efforts. 
    • Support Financial Advisory partnerships leader in holding local Riveron markets accountable to designated tech partner relationships. 
    • Promote sales enablement opportunities to increase Riveron partner solutions and incentives. 
    • Proactively identify opportunities to grow partner relationships. 
    • Marketing 
    • Work closely with marketing team to increase Riveron’s brand awareness with our top partners through networking, marketing campaigns, and partner events. 
    • Serve as Riveron brand ambassador to identify opportunities to present, sponsor, or co-market events. 
$117,000 - $178,000 a year
The expected pay range for this position is $117,000 - $178,000 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits for which this role may be eligible). This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making individual compensation decisions including but not limited to experience and training; skill sets; licensure and certifications; location and other business and organizational needs; and applicable laws.
