This is what you’ll do:
·       Deliver IT solutions for Warranty management and Supplier recovery of the company in collaboration with respective functional and IT teams
·       Implement Warranty management and supplier recovery process areas.
·       Translate, synthesize, and translate business requirements to IT requirements and develop respective solutions.
·       Develop technical architectures for IT systems related to Warranty management (after sales) in alignment with the enterprise architecture principles & vision. Contribute to the development of broader enterprise architecture and vision
·       Develop and implement robust process business rules and principles including integration with supporting systems
·       Be accountable for delivery metrics and KPIs.
·       Build and lead a high performing team to deliver best in class IT solutions for warranty management and supplier recovery process areas.
·       Ensure compliance to key regulatory, security and organizational policies and procedures
·       Understand the Service process, warranty management and supplier recovery end to end, and design IT solutions to deliver business value.
·       Decision Quality – Making good and timely decisions that keep the organization progressing forward (“not just motion”)
·       Must have experience working in Agile team environment.
·       Bachelor’s degree in a related field is strongly desired
·       Strong business sense, with an ability to identify and deliver products and features.
·       Drives Results – Consistently achieves results, even under tough circumstances
·       Manages Conflict – Handles conflict situations effectively, with a win win mindset
·       Builds a high performing team.
·       Great oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate impactfully
