THIS IS WHAT YOU’LL DO:
·        Identify, implement, and evolve Rivian’s internal communications channel ecosystem 
·       Establish best practices and educate leadership and content partners, so they can effectively communicate to the rest of the company
·       Design user engagement strategy to ensure organization adoption of internal tools, like our intranet
·       Partner with our Digital Workplace team to identify and launch communications technology
·       Guide the Internal Communications team on how to leverage our systems to reach our audience
·       Discover and define opportunities to reach our audience in culturally resonant ways
·       Alongside the Head of Internal Communications, you will help shape communication standards, so the story we tell is consistent across the company 

THIS IS WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

    •    Experience designing meaningful and engaging internal channels at a growing organization (experience at multi-site and multi-national companies is a plus)
    •   User-focused decision-making capability, even when resources are tight 
    •   Inimitable relationship building skills; you’re known for being reliable and downright delightful to work with
    • A desire to create a well-oiled channel ecosystem, where we can do our best work
    • You know how channels help us tell stories across various media, whether in-person events, virtual settings, or in writing
    • Ability to consider the bigger picture and possess the willingness to get into the specifics when needed
    • Super organized: you have checklists for your checklists and can think ten steps ahead
    •   Know the ins and outs of SharePoint, Slack, Zoom; you’re also on top of the latest trends in enterprise technology
