    • Drive teams to design, develop, validate, release, and launch of charging products
    • Represent the Charging organization, as needed, at manufacturing plant, test locations, and installation locations
    • Manage program timeline, budget, requirements, and gate reviews
    • Report and consult with senior management on charger strategic direction
    • Consider customer experience throughout project development and execution
    • Develop hands-on, in-depth knowledge of competitive products and maintain technical analysis of competitive strengths and weaknesses
    • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to develop product requirements and specifications
    • Interact, integrate, and drive results across cross-functional teams in engineering, quality, production, production control, sales, service, etc.
    • Author timely project status, summary, and issue resolution tracking reports
    • Work with the Product Manager in driving production launch activities
    • Issue resolution champion and roadblock remover for cross functional issues


    • 2 years of experience on a program team
    • Vehicle or product launch experience
    • Knowledge and understanding of energy storage technology
    • Design/release engineering experience
    • Appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to work effectively with internal and external partners
    • Deep knowledge Product Development and Project/Program Management
    • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
    • Customer-first approach with a relentless passion to improve the charging experience through great, usable solutions
    • Experience developing programs with engineering, industrial design, user experience, purchasing and operations teams
    • Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
    • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
    • Proven success working on new product initiatives and delivering products
    • Experience delivering technology products/services/software in a high growth environment where priorities shift
    • The ability to communicate complex technical issues simply and convincingly to a wide range of audiences
    • High level analytical ability where problems are unusual and complex
    • BS in Engineering or similar technical degree required
