•  Chairing Planning meetings: 
• Vehicle launch planning
• Material risk meetings
• Standardized planning and reporting tools
• Ensuring all planning activities are effectively managed and coordinated • Ensuring each build phase is planned to be complementary to all customers, engineering, manufacturing, quality and supply chain
• Aligning multi-build phases with vehicle and sub-assembly planning • Aligning the wider business to current launch status 
Defining mitigation plans as and when required
• Manage internal interface expectations and communicate timely response to internal and external stakeholders)
• Manage special/unique adaptors, harnesses and requirements for each build
• Manage special part inventory from engineering through builds
• Develop requirements SharePoint for each build
• Engineer part revisions 
• MFG test requirements 
• Safe launch plan for assets 

• Bachelor’s Degree Engineering or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years’ industry experience
• Project Management
• Other experience or knowledge- Engineering - Timing & Robustness and Material Management
• Tableau, Excel, SAP
