Talent Mobility Program Manager, Immigration

This is what you'll do:

    • Execute Rivian’s immigration strategy by managing the day to day activities of the immigration program
    • Analyze individual immigration cases to determine viability and develop individual short and long term immigration strategies
    • Consult with stakeholders at all levels of the business on complex immigration matters
    • Review all immigration petitions for content and accuracy
    • Manage relationship with Rivian’s external immigration counsel
    • Maintain immigration files in compliance with all relevant immigration laws
    • Conduct periodic audits to ensure that Rivian is compliant with all relevant immigration laws
    • Manage relationship with Rivian’s external immigration counsel
    • Develop communications on changing immigration rules, regulations, etc. for distribution to stakeholders at all levels
    • Design immigration training materials and coordinate/conduct immigration training for all internal stakeholders

This is what you'll need:

    • A minimium of 8 years U.S. immigration experience managing an in-house corporate
    • A Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree or J.D. are a plus
    • Strong understanding of all employment based U.S. immigrant and non-immigrant visas
    • Awareness of immigration program’s role as part of the broader Talent Mobility program and interaction with tax and relocation
    • Experience with non-US immigration is a plus
    • Expert level consulting, communication and customer service skills
