This is what you’ll do:
·       Create a data culture & a center of excellence to drive analytics adoption across the organization.
·       Understand business needs & objectives in areas of Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Marketing, Sales & Manufacturing organizations.
·       Define enterprise wide KPIs, metrics and reports to accelerate and improve their operations.
·       Lead a team of data visualization specialists to deliver actionable dashboard and reporting.
·       Work with the data engineering team to put the right data infrastructure and model to support reporting deliverables.
·       Build an effective data governance & data cataloging process and implement the right tools to support it
·       Mentor the IT teams to create effective dashboards and improve their business and data analysis skills
·       Train business organizations on data visualization tools to drive self-service reporting
 
this is what you’ll need:
·       You should have a passion for data & providing business solutions using data analytics.
·       Strong leadership, planning, problem solving and communication skills.
·       10+ years of experience leading large BI & Analytics programs
·       5+ years of experience in managing & leading business intelligence/analytics teams.
·       Strong experience in implementing data governance process and tools.
·       Strong understanding of more than one business operations - Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Customer Support.
·       Hands-on experience in creating dashboards in Tableau that tells clear & crisp data stories.
·       Strong understanding of data warehouse, relational and columnar databases.
·       Strong understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS), S3, Redshift, Glue
·       Big Plus - Statistical modelling in Python/R , Machine Learning, programming in Python/Java
