Candidate Experience Partners assist in driving high quality candidate care and strive to be an ambassador for the Rivian brand at every interaction by cultivating relationships with multiple partners in the interview process. Candidate Experience Partners own the candidate experience, managing the interviewing life cycle in terms of scheduling, travel arrangements, data management, virtual and on-site experience. He/she will possess strong attention to detail and accuracy and will be able to identify potential risks or issues associated with a candidate’s interview/experience.

·       Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow-up and communication with interview participants from initial contact to interview completion.
·       Collaborate with recruiting team to improve candidate experience by recommending process efficiencies.
·       Maintain candidate relationships by responding to inquiries; documenting actions.
·       Respond to candidate inquiries by understanding inquiry; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying candidate’s understanding of information and answer.
·       Enter and track candidate information ensuring a high standard of data integrity.

EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:
·       5+ years of administrative or project management experience.
·       Strong verbal and written communication skills.
·       Experience working with recruiting teams.
·       Experience in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic environment.
·       A proven track record of leading and participating with multiple projects.
·       Demonstrated ability to multitask.
·       Demonstrated ability to anticipate bottlenecks and manage escalations.
·       Excellent computer literacy skills (analyzing data and reports; creating reports).
·       Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
·       Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
·       Previous experience in the automotive industry preferred.
