THIS IS WHAT YOU’LL DO:
·       Handling customer technical support cases through JIRA, email and slack.
·       Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via JIRA, email or slack.
·       Troubleshoot and resolve issues in 3DExperience application (CATIA, ENOVIA, DELMIA etc).
·       Setting up the 3DExperience environment for the new users.
·       Understand the pain points of users and come up with solutions that will increase the productivity of users.
·       Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues.
·       Support the implementation of new sprint releases.

THIS IS WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
·        Mechanical engineering or MIS.
·        Must know 3DExperience PLM, AWS or willing to learn with minimal assistance.
·        Comfortable working in challenging environments.
·        Strong desire to learn and grow additional related skill sets.
