·        Define and drive key initiatives and reporting to support the Service Operations strategy, growth, and transformation. Responsibilities include:
·        Partner with senior leaders to create a resource planning strategy and roadmap, inclusive of timelines
·        Act as primary point of contact for the Service Organization to the Finance team
·        Act as the point of contact for the Service Organization to consolidate resource planning data
·        Generate accurate data models to support the Finance team
·        Provide resource planning reports to support the Finance team with planning
·        Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization to support decision making
·        Reduce ambiguity and provide visibility in context of hyper-growth with resource reporting and analysis
·        Perform different cost analyst impact models by exploring different business models, methods, and processes
·        Provide ad hoc analytical support to support decision making from a financial perspective
·        Create reports and self-service dashboards to provide ongoing insight to business stakeholders, support service and executive leadership in making effective, analytically driven strategic decisions
·        Automate reporting via data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, and Domo
·        Define key service performance metrics
·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field preferred
·        Minimum 8 years of related business experience in Business, Finance, Operations or related field, demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility with emphasis on Service operations
·        Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, advanced business acumen mindset
·        Proven experience setting strategic vision, planning, budgeting, and forecasting
·        Strong communicator, with ability to partner at the most senior levels of the finance organization and experience presenting and build relationships with internal stakeholders
·        Strong organizational skills reflecting prioritization with a sense of urgency
·        Strong interpersonal and team-building skills; ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change across functional and business boundaries
·        Effective communication and strategic thinking skills required
·        Strong project management, planning, and organization skills, including ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
·        Continuous improvement attitude; ability to suggest and implement best practices
·        Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
·        MS Access / SQL skills are a huge plus
·        Ability to operate with limited direction
·        Extremely detail oriented
