Product Manager, Vehicle Management

The Digital Product Management Team is responsible for the end-to-end implementation of the digital experience outside the vehicle (e.g. vehicle configurator, payment gateway, vehicle delivery management, service scheduling) across web, mobile app and in-store. To that end, we are developing a world-class commerce platform that will make learning about and purchasing electric adventure vehicles intuitive, seamless and fun. We’re looking for a product manager who can help refine the roadmap and drive features from concept to launch that interact with our vehicles remotely via the Rivian mobile app. 
· Understand the needs of vehicle owners and how their problems can be solved using a mobile application 
· Develop a roadmap and work with stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, including other product managers who will have requirements for the mobile app to support their customer journeys 
· Translate high-level product features into detailed product requirements including acceptance test criteria 
· Prioritize the sprint backlog of detailed requirements to ensure delivery of key product milestones. 
· Partner with user experience and design teams to refine user facing product solutions 
· Work with engineers in an Agile environment to continuously launch features in native iOS and Android operating systems. 
· Identify risks and work across stakeholders to align on resolution plans in order to execute on the product roadmap 
· 5+ years of strong product management experience, ideally with mobile app development experience 
· A background in working with development teams through periods of rapid growth and scale, understanding the big picture and the importance of investing in the core technical foundation 
· A genuine love of brands that are focused on positive impact
