Job Description

As an Executive Business Partner, Silicon Engineering, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the VP of Silicon Engineering and team. You will play a critical role in optimizing executive efficiency, facilitating communication, and contributing to the smooth operation of the engineering team.

Responsibilities

    • Monitor VP of Silicon Engineering’s calendar and helping to prepare materials or actions items accordingly
    • Arrange and manage domestic and international travel logistics, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting.
    • Preparing and editing presentations, reports, and other documents for executive meetings and internal communications.
    • Organizing and coordinating large-scale team events, offsites, and internal conferences.
    • Acting as a key point of contact and liaison for the Silicon team.
    • Work with Company’s Chief of Staff to ensure the VP of Silicon Eng and team are aligned with Company initiatives.
    • Managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Assisting with the hiring and onboarding of new Silicon team members.
    • Supporting the training and development initiatives for the Silicon engineering team.
    • Collaborate on performance review processes and documentation.
    • Track team member vacation and travel schedules.
    • Review and approve expense reports.

Requirements

    • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Business Partner supporting senior-level executives, preferably within a fast-paced technology or engineering environment.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other relevant business software.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating proactive initiative.
    • A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken) is nice to have
