The primary responsibility of the Quality and Reliability Engineer is to ensure that our products meet the reliability criteria set by ourselves, our vendors and suppliers and our Customers. This means that we test our design and products to achieve high standards of reliability, identify weaknesses in design and manufacturing and support improving design for reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define reliability tests methodologies that meet customer requirements
- Create reliability test plans and work with vendors to execute them
- Work with design teams to debug issues observed during reliability testing
- Work with foundry and OSATs to identify failure mechanisms and their root cause
- Work closely with Test Engineering and DFT teams for identifying patterns
Requirements
- Good understanding of the reliability methodology for silicon products (knowledge of advanced nodes products is a plus)
- Minimum of 5-7 Years of Experience in planning and executing Silicon qualifications tasks in server, client, mobile or HPC products
- Experience with pattern implementation for reliability testing, DVS/EVS, HTOL and other tests
- Experience of working with OSAT/Test team to debug patterns and issues observed during HTOL
- Silicon Qualification experience is a must have.
- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written), Organization skills, highly self-motivation and problem solving skills are required for this role.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technical Subject Area.
