As a Sr. Product Manager, Care Delivery Operations, you will partner directly with our Operations team to drive down the cost of care while improving quality of care delivery across our clinical and non-clinical teams. You will define, standardize, measure and improve workflows with a continuous improvement, data-driven approach across our Patient Advocates, Insurance Coordinators, Support, and Clinical teams.  You will develop solutions with a platform mentality, leveraging key capabilities across our Tasks and Messaging platforms. We are looking for a data-fluent self-starter who can be a leading adopter of AI/LLM’s (Large Language Models) and low/no code tools while leveraging operational best practices. 

What You'll Do

    • Lead projects that drive down the cost of care while improving quality
    • Define roadmap in partnership with product, tech and ops leadership
    • Standardize and continuously improve, and automate workflows of our care delivery operations team
    • Partner cross-functionally across engineering, data, design, platform, operations, and clinical to proactively identify data-driven opportunities and execute projects that drive meaningful outcomes 
    • Develop solutions with a platform approach that will scale to new use cases over time
    • Drive early adoption of new capabilities and tools, especially around AI/LLM’s and no/low code tools
    • This role is a senior individual contributor (“IC”) role

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

    • 5+ years of product experience and 7-9 years of professional experience
    • Demonstrated experience driving outcomes by identifying data-driven opportunities and executing 
    • Strong experience and understanding of operations best practices, including defining, measuring, and improving capacity, throughput, and quality. Passionate about continuous improvement.
    • Strong data background and metrics obsessed. Ability to proactively identify opportunities with data and self-serve data inquiries with BI tools (Looker, Metabase). Experience with SQL / relational databases is preferred but not required.
    • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across a range of roles, including engineering, design, data, business, and operations stakeholders
    • Interest and experience leveraging LLMs and AI to streamline workflows

The target base salary for this position ranges from $187,000 to $215,000 in addition to a competitive equity and benefits package (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors, including location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.

Ro recognizes the power of in-person collaboration, while supporting the flexibility to work anywhere in the United States. For our Ro’ers in the tri-state (NY) area, you will join us at HQ on Tuesdays and Thursdays. For those outside of the tri-state area, you will be able to join in-person collaborations throughout the year (i.e., during team on-sites).
