    • Metrics & continuous improvement | As part of end-to-end ownership and maintenance of a best-in-class care delivery training & education program, be responsible for establishing, monitoring and responding to outcome measures pertaining to the effectiveness of learning content and implementation.  Based on that, make decisions about revisions and continuous improvement to ensure that materials and approaches are current, effective, and compliant with industry & safety standards
