We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to lead a portfolio of cross-functional projects spanning construction, technology implementation, and organizational development. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex workflows, keep multiple initiatives on track, and ensure cross-team coordination—all while driving results in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate is both systems-oriented and hands-on, capable of bridging technical, physical, and interpersonal domains with equal fluency.

Key Responsibilities

    • Program Oversight: Lead and manage a portfolio of diverse projects—including construction, tech systems rollout, and internal org initiatives—ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and within scope.
    • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource needs, and success metrics for each initiative.
    • Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate collaboration across internal departments, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability.
    • Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks and roadblocks, implement mitigation strategies, and adjust plans as needed.
    • Budget & Resource Management: Track and report on project budgets and resource allocation; flag variances and work with leadership to manage trade-offs.
    • Communication & Reporting: Provide clear, consistent updates to stakeholders and leadership; build dashboards, status reports, and documentation as required.
    • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project processes, systems, and tools, especially as the organization scales.

Qualifications

    • 5+ years of program or project management experience across construction, technology, and/or organizational initiatives
    • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programs from planning through execution
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
    • Experience working with construction contractors, software development teams, and internal operations preferred
    • PMP, CAPM, or similar certification a plus

What You Bring

    • A builder’s mindset with the operational discipline to bring structure to ambiguity
    • A people-first attitude and the ability to lead through influence
    • Curiosity across disciplines and comfort working at the intersection of the physical and digital
    • Grit, adaptability, and calm under pressure
