The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of digital marketing strategies, with a primary focus on lead generation and sales support.
This role requires expertise in marketing automation (Pardot), website management (WordPress, UX, SEO), paid advertising (LinkedIn Ads), and data analysis. The ideal candidate will collaborate across sales, content, and external agency teams, effectively managing platforms like Salesforce, Account Engagement (Pardot), and Google Analytics, to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and execute end-to-end multi-channel digital campaigns from ideation to optimization, leveraging Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) for robust marketing automation, including complex form development, dynamic email series, and sophisticated engagement programs.
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising across platforms such as LinkedIn to drive targeted lead generation and enhance brand visibility. Source and negotiate ad placements with industry publications to expand reach and target key audiences.
- Partner closely with content marketing to strategically integrate assets like eBooks and whitepapers as foundational elements for lead generation and nurturing campaigns. Provide indirect guidance and prioritization support to the content marketing function, ensuring alignment of content initiatives with overall digital marketing goals.
- Lead and manage website initiatives, including ongoing optimization and future revamp phases, with a focus on enhancing user experience (UX), improving web copywriting, and implementing SEO best practices. Serve as a key liaison with web development agencies, demonstrating basic proficiency in WordPress.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement to analyze and refine the marketing-to-sales lead journey, leveraging Salesforce for detailed lead quality assessment, cleanup initiatives, and conversion optimization.
- Strategically manage the marketing lead lifecycle, encompassing inbound lead review, establishing efficient lead routing protocols, and ensuring seamless, qualified handovers to the sales team.
- Analyze and report on key digital metrics and KPIs using platform reports, analytics, and tracking tools, providing actionable insights to improve performance and optimize ROI on digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage and grow the company's organic social media presence, primarily on LinkedIn, create and schedule posts and engage to foster engagement and amplify brand messaging.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with proven success managing and executing multi-channel digital strategies.
- Proven hands-on expertise in administering and optimizing key marketing platforms, including Salesforce (CRM), Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) for marketing automation, and Google Analytics for data analysis.
- Demonstrable technical proficiency in building and managing multi-channel digital campaigns, including email automation, landing page optimization, and paid advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads).
- Practical understanding of WordPress for content management and collaboration on website projects.
- Strong grasp of user experience (UX) principles, web copywriting, on-page SEO, and lead generation tactics.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage external agency partnerships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track spend, and translate insights into actionable strategies that drive measurable results and optimize campaign ROI.
