The National Account Manager is primarily responsible for client development on specific accounts. The main functions include onboarding of clients, comprehension of organizational structure, defining of business plan to ensure high level of client retention
and deeper client penetration to grow company revenues. The National Account Manager works constantly to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. The National Account Manager should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be process and customer service oriented. Ultimately, this individual should be able to grow the business by building successful, long-term client relationships.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Specific Sales Duties & Responsibilities
•Develop and oversee portfolio accounts to include - documentation of client org structure, target creation to achieve long term success and revenue growth
•Create account maps for each client and sales strategy
•Initiate contact/sales process with all targets within client org and profile target through discovery to identify proper sales member alignment
•Manage relationships with assigned customers which includes on-boarding implementation and training
•Responsible for client relationships - Manage, sell, maintain and validate client satisfaction
•Follow up on internal teams brought into relationships to ensure touch points and sales frequency meet designed plan, assist in holding team accountable

General Sales Responsibilities
•Learn Company App and become trainer/ambassador to client, review all account information, update and maintain data base of client portfolio
•Sell into account base all service lines: Restoration, Construction, Roofing
•Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs
•Actively participate in key National/Regional industry groups and associations
•Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
•Develop and maintain current knowledge of company services, industry trends, and competitive information

Project/Lead Responsibilities
•Work with clientele to develop project leads
•Work with internal team to make sure client expectations are met in proposal/scope
•Participate in bid review process with client and project team to ensure conversion to project/award
•Manage the flow of information between clients and project teams
•Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
•Identify referrals from field activity, where new client's/client contacts are derived

Financial Responsibility
•Understand scopes/estimates, work with client to create value proposition in project and budget acceptance
•Collections on accounts managed, projects under oversight
•Develop personal budget and forecast, track costs and report back on performance against budget including ROI
•Manage activities with marketing events. Track and present to SVP Sales the ROI for each event
•Complete annual business reviews and customer touch points within each account managed

Reporting Responsibilities
•Work within the CRM to develop client organization and touch points
•Provide quantitative data to support results of marketing events to management
•Report on the status of accounts and transactions
•Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
•Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

Team and Internal Communications
•Work as a team with local and national operations to promote customer satisfaction, sales growth, and the success of the entire organization
•Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
•Work with regional sales personnel to identify additional sales targets and opportunities
•Collaborate/coordinate project leads with business development partners

Career Requirements
•Travel Required to major disaster sites in various areas of the country
•Travel required to client visits regularly, expected to maintain a scheduled plan of visits

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field from a four-year college or university; or five (5) + years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in sales, restoration, or construction. Computer skills including internet, e-mail, (MS Outlook) MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word and has worked in a CRM tool previously.
$80,000 - $100,000 a year
Salary plus commission structure and car
