We’re looking for an inspiring Staff Data Engineer to join our engineering team focused on workplace analytics
You might be interested in this role if:
- You are highly interested in building intuitive solutions that empower our customers to learn more about their workplace. This includes pre-built dashboards and reports as well as our self-serve Advanced Analytics platform.
- You are driven to build highly available and highly accurate data systems.
- You are interested in helping to reshape the workplace as we know it through these efforts.
This role is interesting because:

- You will build customer facing data pipelines and models, empowering business users to create their own reports and dashboards.
- You will solve complex data challenges to meet the needs of a highly dynamic business.
- You will analyze and interpret complex data sets
- You will help our customers understand their workplace better and find ways to improve it.
You are qualified if you have:
- 5+ years of experience building software at a SaaS company.
- 2+ years of experience building out data platforms.
- Experience with data transformation tools, orchestration tools and data warehouse. DBT, Airflow and Snowflake preferred.
- High proficiency with SQL and Python, and willing to jump into other projects as the need arises.. These projects may include Node.js, PHP and other similar languages.
- Passion for providing the best possible customer experience.
