Robust Intelligence is looking for a resourceful, collaborative, and dedicated Technical Recruiter to help grow our rapidly expanding team. You will be a part of a small people operations team tasked with partnering directly with hiring managers to understand their business needs and hiring requirements, facilitate full lifecycle recruitment activities, and ultimately hire diverse candidates to build the ultimate team to accomplish our mission to secure AI together.

Responsibilities

    • Ownership over the full life cycle of recruiting (sourcing through close)
    • Identify, engage, and help hire top engineering talent at all levels of seniority
    • Review, pre-screen and interview candidates to determine the appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
    • Work directly with hiring managers to ensure we’re engaging hard-to-find talent 
    • Create amazing candidate experiences and thoughtful recruiting strategies
    • Review recruiting data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve hiring practices

Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in related field
    • Minimum 2 years in full life-cycle technical recruiting (sourcing, screening, and closing candidates)
    • Experience creating robust pipelines through active sourcing from multiple channels, screening resumes, interviewing, and closing candidates
    • In-house experience working with technical hiring managers in a metrics-driven environment
    • Experience building a career brand/creating awareness
    • A progressive career trajectory and a professional, team-first mentality
    • Deep knowledge of the best candidate sources and a penchant for connecting with technical talent
    • Excitement to work at a fast-paced startup and contribute to building and iterating on existing processes
