Data drift, misclassified data, prediction biases, and adversarial input easily distort AI outputs and can have detrimental effects. The Sales Engineer is responsible for demonstrating to prospective customers how Robust Intelligence's solution (RIME) will address their business needs. Sales Engineers will partner closely with the Founders, Customer Success, Product Management and Engineering. The Sales Engineer is a highly visible technical and product expert in the pre-sales process, and a primary driver for internal advancement of customer requirements.

You’ll work closely with our Sales team as the technical lead during the pre-sales process. You will be responsible for proactively pushing deals forward by overcoming technical objections and building solutions around RIME. You will ensure a successful transition to the post-sale stage of the customer lifecycle and partner with Growth to drive adoption of new products by existing customers. Our buyers are data science and machine learning teams. You will be expected to be knowledgeable about the AI ecosystem and quickly have a deep understanding of how these teams develop and deploy AI models.


    • Serve as the technical lead for prospective customers throughout the sales process
    • Demonstrate to prospects how RIME can best address their data science use cases and technical requirements. Specifically, to design solutions and share best practices throughout the sales process.
    • Work with our engineering and product teams to translate prospect feedback into meaningful product insights


    • Customer-facing experience and a strong sense of customer empathy
    • Ability to explain our technical product and complex data science concepts to prospective customers
    • Strong communications skills with a confident and proactive approach to customer management
