Responsibilities:

    • Understand the demands of Support Level 1 and direct to Support 2 or 3;
    • Assist in server management;
    • Assistance in monitoring distributed systems / Cloud Computing;
    • Assist in diagnosing applications in Docker containers;
    • Assist data backups and restores.

Requirements:

    • Ongoing bachelor's degree in Information Science, Software Engineering or related fields;
    • Advanced English skills;

    • Knowledge of: 
    • Linux OS;
    • Database and SQL concepts;
    • Basic Cloud Computing.

    • Soft skills:
    • Be detailed and analytical;
    • Enjoy dealing with large and challenging projects;
    • They are able to work as a team collaboratively and according to a common goal;
    • Seek constant learning;
    • Be evangelizers of the DevOps culture;
    • They want to build a work environment of mutual respect and support.

Differentials:

    • Knowledge or experience with JavaScript / NodeJS, Shell Script, AWS (S3 e EC2), Docker.

Our 5-step hiring process

2. Phone screening: this is a first interview and our main goal is to make sure the expectations are correctly set up. We're also very open to answering questions and presenting the detailed truth about working with us.

3. Technical assessment: this is the step to not only evaluate  your hard skills but also to present to you a little bit of the work routine.
