As a North America Sales Development Representative Manager you will be in charge of creating and running a well-oiled demand generation machine within the North American market. You'll be able to use your creativity and knowledge in a very strategic way and you'll also be directly impacting both people's and out business growth.

Responsibilities:

    • Follow up with team's activities such as prospecting plan, contact management, to ensure that the team makes assertive connections;
    • Manage sales connections by creating prospecting dashboards to identify opportunities for improvement within the month and quarter and act in time to achieve team results;
    • Align the Account Executive's team and the prospecting team to ensure that we are scheduling productive meetings;
    • Analyze the individual results of each prospecting analyst to help them identify gaps for improvement and create individualized action plans to help them.
    • Support and guide the team regarding the mapping of prospective stakeholders and establish the action plan for making first contacts;
    • Have knowledge of the market to be able to help create prospecting plans;
    • Be able to review processes and propose improvements to optimize resources;
    • Provide technical coaching to prospecting analysts, through interactions with clients, live or on recordings;
    • Build training based on the specific needs of the team to develop competencies and prospecting skills;
    • Help mantain and increase team's engagement by weekly, monthly meetings, motivation mechanisms such as contests, team building among others;
    • Participate in planning the dimensioning of team members - and in the selection process to support the identification of finalists.

Requirements:

    • Solid consultative sales experience or with prospecting;
    • Knowledge in prospecting methodologies such as ABM & Outbound Marketing;
    • Deep knowledge of North American SaaS / technology market;
    • Fluent or native English skills;
