Inside Sales Representative - North America

As an Inside Sales Rep for North American customers, you'll have the opportunity to sell world-class SaaS solutions. Your performance is what drives your growth as well as your ability to share best practices with the whole team. Our sales team is in high growth mode as we scale in North America and the opportunities to learn, grow and make a huge impact are endless.

What you'll do:

    • Close great deals and achieve constant results, always kicking down the door ;)
    • Find and manage opportunities and qualified leads through the CRM;
    • Become a Content Marketing or Agency Specialist! (Yeah, you will need to learn every day)

What you'll need:

    • Previous sales experience in SaaS or tech, at least 1 year
    • Previous experience with North American customers (B2B or B2C)
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar;
    • Advanced or fluent English skills;
    • Certification in Inbound Marketing and/or Inbound Sales by Hubspot

Soft skills:

    • Being a team player;
    • Focus on learning everyday;
    • Love for coaching and sharing knowledge with others;
    • Being curious about different businesses and people;
    • Organization


    • Knowledge in SaaS model companies;
    • Experience in Inside Sales techniques;
    • Experience working in/with agencies;
    • Experience in ERP companies

Compensation package

    • Base salary + benefits + comission;
    • Commission has no limits (what you sell is what you earn);

Our 5-step hiring process

3. Technical assessment: this is the step to not only evaluate your hard skills but also to present to you a little bit of our work process.
