In this opportunity you will have experiences such as participating directly in the client's digital marketing and content strategy, opportunity to teach and educate the market about Content Marketing.


    • Serve customers of different profiles and businesses;
    • Be a ninja of the iClips software, suggesting tactics and strategies that will result in success for your business;
    • Follow the customer's success criteria and solve their problems before they even know it!


    • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Administration or related areas;
    • Experience in customer service;
    • Experience in consulting, agency, client in digital;
    • Knowledge in Digital Marketing;
    • Knowledge in Content Marketing and Inbound Marketing;
    • Advanced English skills.

Soft skills:

    • Good communication and persuasion skills to negotiate new contracts (upsell), redeem churns and negotiate with the main companies' decision makers;
    • Resourcefulness in the relationship by phone, e-mail and face-to-face meetings;
    • Resilience to overcome unforeseen events and changes;
    • Enthusiasm to teach and mentor clients;
    • Empathy, patience and resilience;
    • Proactivity;
    • VERY organized to deal with high volume of information and diverse demands from customers in different segments;
    • Enjoy working with goals and results.


    • Previous experience working with iClips.
    • Knowledge in SEO, Google Analytics, Ads (AdWords, Facebook/Twitter/Linkedin Ads), e-mail marketing, Social Media and Blogging.
