About the Role

As a Technical Recruiter at Rocket Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to support growth and innovation. This will may also support non-technical roles as needed. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, executives, and cross-functional teams to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

    • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and set expectations for the recruitment process.
    • Source and identify potential candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
    • Conduct thorough technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
    • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by keeping candidates informed throughout the interview process and ensuring a smooth onboarding transition.
    • Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure all recruiting practices are compliant with relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence to ensure effective talent acquisition strategies.
    • Partner with the People Operations Lead and others to enhance employer branding in Brazil.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Fluent in Portuguese and English, with professional-level verbal and written communication.
    • Minimum of 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on recruiting Engineers.
    • At least 2 years of corporate recruiting experience.
    • Proven track record of successfully placing technical candidates in various roles, from entry-level to senior positions.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Professionalism, integrity, and a passion for delivering a positive candidate experience.
