About the Role
You will be responsible for recurring and ad hoc executive-level financial forecasting, management reporting, and analytics. This individual must possess critical thinking skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and possess an attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Own personnel cost forecasting and cost model maintenance/improvements
- Oversee other vendor and COGS forecasting
- Own cost reporting including oversight of department people budgets and comparing budgeted versus actual spend
- Prepare weekly and monthly cost reporting templates for use in board meetings, CEO and other executive stakeholder meetings
- Develop and incorporate new analytic capabilities into reports
- Partner with finance, accounting, people ops, data engineering and business intelligence teams to create and continuously enhance key reports
- Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis when needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Ambitious outlook and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities a must
- Degree in finance, economics, math or quantitative scientific field
- Strong knowledge of Excel
- Works at a fast pace
- High-energy, positive attitude

$70,000 - $90,000 a year
