We are looking for a Compliance Officer to take ownership of Roger's compliance frameworks. Our existing framework has been developed to accompany our position within complex regulatory landscape that partly defines the fintech space, but now, we're looking for the right person to take the foundation and solidify the implementation and constant development into the rest of our organization.
We're looking for an individual that is able to both drive and build processes from the bottom-up, but also prepare this part of the organization for growth.
The Compliance Officer will be involved in all aspects of regulatory compliance, both product, process and people.
The Compliance Officer will report directly to the COO.

What You’ll Do
You will spearhead the constant development, implementation and maintenance of policies, processes and procedures within all aspects of regulatory compliance that Roger.ai encounters. This includes, but is not limited to, IT security, Anti Money Laundering (AML), Fraud, GDPR and HR.
You will lead the risk assessment processes together with management and consequently drive risk remediation processes including scoping, assessing, preparing and aligning policies and procedures further ensuring Rogers regulatory compliance - also when venturing into new markets.
You will work closely together with department leads in implementation, training and documenting that our internal as well as external stakeholders are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
You will lead and perform all internal as well as external compliance audits, and report findings directly to the Board of Directors of Roger.ai.
As Roger is a frontrunner on innovation, we utilize cutting edge technology in the implementation and maintenance of compliance. You will therefore approach your work in compliance with a mindset of innovating processes while performing them, and participate in building a scalable framework, that potentially could be a product of it's own.
- Legally trained with at least 2-3 years of compliance experience.
- Knowledgeable of and experienced within the GDPR legislation.
- Experienced with and within frameworks like ISO 27001/2, ISAE 3402, SOC 1/2.
- Knowledgeable within AML, transaction monitoring and KYC processes.
- SOX experience is a plus but not a requirement.
