Rollbar is used by some of the best engineering teams in the world, including Twilio, Salesforce, Zendesk, Instacart and Twitch.

We are currently building out our motivated, high-performance, and product-minded support team and we are looking for an experienced Customer Success Engineer that enjoys working directly with customers while fixing bugs in the code.

You will:

    • Support our customers by responding to inquiries and solving their technical problems
    • Create documentation for common problems/questions
    • Work closely with the sales team on technical escalations and help grow opportunities in existing accounts
    • Contribute to internal technical projects, which can include software development and troubleshooting bugs
    • Collaborate on technical specs with other developers and push new code to production, daily
    • Evaluate, select, and set up new tools to support the company’s growing customer success efforts
    • Help build a new global support team

You have:

    • 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role
    • Computer Science Degree or equivalent work experience
    • Customer oriented with a high degree of empathy
    • Comfortable coding in Python, Ruby or Node.js and excited to learn new languages and frameworks
    • Exceptional at communicating with our customers in multiple languages both spoken and written
    • Always improving and welcoming feedback
