Rollbar is used by some of the best engineering teams in the world, including Twilio, Salesforce, Zendesk, JP Morgan Chase and Twitch. 

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead our engineering hiring.  This is a high-impact role where you’ll be contributing to the successful growth of the company. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting technical talent, working with hiring manager and improving processes.

You will:

    • Drive the engineering recruitment process - review resumes, source qualified candidates, interview, recommend, and host them onsite
    • Partner with multiple hiring managers to provide a consistent pipeline
    • Manage candidates seamlessly through the interview process; set expectations and provide thoughtful feedback
    • Become a domain expert in Rollbar’s product
    • Expert level skills on our applicant tracking system (Lever) and recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Hired, A-List)
    • Provide metric-driven reports on the recruitment for open positions
    • Utilize our applicant tracking system (Lever) and recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Hired, A-List)
    • Contribute to the development of new talent initiatives by by building creative campaigns and brand awareness programs

You have:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment
    • Deep understanding of the technical skills needed for each role so you can screen for technical fit as well as company fit
    • Successful track record recruiting and filling engineering roles at varying levels of seniority 
    • Solid experience with applicant tracking systems and related tools
    • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
