We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to partner with our Product and Sales teams to lead cross-functional development on product initiatives from design to delivery/launch and through the life of the product.

You will:

    • Become an expert on the customers, the industry trends and the players in the market through detailed analysis of competitors, use case scenarios, and customer problems
    • Maintain and manage competitive intelligence and comparisons by working with cross-functional stakeholders and executing self-lead research
    • Craft compelling messages that demonstrate product value to audiences
    • Be our go to market voice - lead and coordinate marketing for product launches
    • Work with customer-facing teams developing compelling content and tools to motivate the buyer journey, including landing pages, blog posts, brochures, case studies, other special content and video
    • Enable sales teams to effectively use marketing materials including demos and pitch decks
    • Work with Support and Product Management developing 'how to' content and tools to drive developer adoption and success, including integration guides and documentation
    • Develop and execute website enhancement projects to support marketing campaigns and programs
    • Develop and conduct extensive market research surveys and in-depth customer interviews

You are:

    • Experienced in marketing with 4+ years working experience
    • Action-oriented and driven by results
    • Obsessive about understanding customers and their problems
    • Collaborative and supportive while working with teams to gain consensus
    • Able to prioritize and adapt. You possess the ability to work on multiple projects while focusing the right level of effort on each
    • Passionate about understanding and explaining your products, especially through the written word.
    • Very strong with written communication (writing samples required)
    • Skilled at editing. Able to make original source clear and concise
    • Loves to teach and inspire
