Web Engineer - ZeroLight

They are looking for an experienced Web Engineer to join our award-winning Cloud Team. Key responsibilities will include developing, designing and managing innovative cloud driven web applications for customers in the automotive industry. The position offers the opportunity to work within a small team of highly skilled, motivated and passionate professionals working on high level projects.
●Working knowledge of Python, CherryPy experience a plus
●Experience working with agile software development
●Knowledge of using sophisticated source control and continuous integration tools and pipelines
●Commercial experience with developing, deploying and maintaining a modern cross-platform web application in a production environment
●Understanding of web technologies such as;
SQL e.g. MySQL, SQLAlchemy, Django-ORM
NoSQL e.g. MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra
Deployment e.g. Linux, nginx, AWS, Jenkins
Source control e.g. Git, SVN
Client coding e.g. jQuery, AngularJS, reactJS, HTML5, CSS
REST API's and data format e.g. JSON, XML
●Experienced Web Engineer with a passion for building innovative features and working with the very latest technologies
●Degree educated in relevant discipline
●Advanced knowledge of back-end and front-end software development
●Proven ability to work collaboratively within a small team to overcome challenges and maximise business potential.
