We're looking for someone who has
*Min. 3-5 years experience in Digital Banking/Fintech industry as a business analyst.
*Experience working in mature agile environments
*Ability to define user stories
*Experience in modeling and analysis of business processes
*Proficiency in BA techniques and tools, CBAP certification is a plus
*High analytic abilities and problem solving skills to understand and explain customer requirements for development and test members
*Experience in banking domains like payment systems, credit cards , CMS, internet banking and call center applications is a plus
Job Description
*Participate in the development process as a member of an agile team, including research, requirements gathering and definition, implementation, and testing
*Monitoring and analyzing the business needs of the customers, preparation of detailed documentation and reports for the agile team and business units
*Identify detailed business requirements and user stories, use cases, design screen mock up accordingly
*Tracking and improving end to end digital customer’s journey
*Performing functional tests if needed
*Lead user acceptance tests and evaluate results
