We focus on creating a difference with the technologies we develop and designing the future. In addition to our central office in Ataşehir/İstanbul, we have branches in Antalya and Elazığ in Turkey.
We have strengthened our position in the global market by opening a new office in Austin, USA, which hosts world technology giants from all over the world.
We are looking for an experienced SeniorProduct Owner to join the RoofStream team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of distributed systems, design scalable architectural solutions, and contribute to modern software development practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Vision and Strategy:
Define and develop the product vision and strategy in line with company goals.Create the product roadmap based on market research and customer feedback.
Backlog Management:
Create, prioritize, and continuously update the product backlog.
Clearly define user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate the product development process by effectively communicating with software development, design, marketing, and sales teams.
Regularly inform stakeholders about project progress.
Customer and User Focus:
Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and analyses to understand user needs.
Develop and ensure the implementation of suggestions to improve user experience (UX).
Proficiency in Agile and Scrum Processes:
Participate in and lead sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, demos, and retrospectives.
Make quick decisions and remove obstacles to support the development team.
Performance and Success Metrics:
Define product success metrics (KPIs, OKRs, etc.) and track performance accordingly.
Ensure continuous improvement of the product.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or software development processes.
Hands-on experience with project management methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, or Kanban.
Technical knowledge sufficient to communicate effectively with development teams.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities.
Proficiency in written and spoken English (can be listed as preferred if not mandatory).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Confluence.
Knowledge in product marketing or user experience (UX) design.
