As Roof Stacks, we have been carrying out innovative projects since our establishment in 2015. We aim to become a global actor in the fields of Tourism Systems, Augmented Reality, Game Development and Financial Technology, which are our areas of expertise.
We are looking for a talented Senior 3D Animator to join our team to work on our ongoing project. As part of our creative team, you will be responsible for creating fluid, stylized animations for our game’s characters, environments, and dynamic elements. The ideal candidate is a passionate animator who enjoys working in stylized art styles and has a keen eye for detail, timing, and motion in 3D animation.

Responsibilities:
*Create high-quality character animations, including movement, combat, and interaction animations.
*Collaborate with designers and tech-art and programmers to integrate animations seamlessly into the gameplay.
*Animate props, environmental objects, and any dynamic elements in the game.
*Work closely with the art and design teams to ensure the animations align with the game’s visual style and mechanics.
*Optimize animations for performance without compromising quality.
*Debug and iterate on animations based on feedback and gameplay requirements.
Requirements:
*Proven experience as a Senior 3D Animator with a strong portfolio showcasing character and environmental animations.
*Knowledge of rigging and skinning.
*Proficiency in animation in Blender.
*Experience working with game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine.
*Strong understanding of timing, weight, and posing in animation, with a focus on action-oriented movements.
*Ability to work within a stylized art direction and adapt animations to match that style.
*Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively.
*Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Experience working on action-platformers.
*Understanding of animation pipelines for games, including integration and optimization.
