Key Responsibilities
*Develop and implement HR transformation projects.
*Follow global best practices to ensure that processes within your scope of responsibility are implemented with an innovative perspective.
*Plan and organize learning and development programs aligned with organizational needs and targets.
*Support digital transformation projects within the scope of Organizational Development processes.
*Assist with the Performance Management System (OKR) in digital transformation, including process design and ensuring effective execution.
*Analyze the results of the Employee Engagement Survey and prepare remedial action plans.
*Support Talent Management and succession planning processes.
*Assist in the preparation of job descriptions for all group companies.
*Support the development of policies and procedures related to Human Resources, in alignment with company objectives.
*Oversee promotion and rotation processes and conduct evaluation center studies.
*Meet with employees regularly and analyze internal customer demands and feedback, guide them to the most accurate solutions, and provide consultancy.
Qualifications
*Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant area of Business, Human Resources, or another relevant field is required,
*Experience in the Organizational Development function of Human Resources and/or experience as HR generalist
*Min. 4 years of HR experience,
*Process management and highly developed follow up skills,
*Problem solving skills as well as analytical thinking capability,
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
*Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel),
*Multi-tasking abilities and excellent analytical skills,
*Good level of English language knowledge.
