*Experienced in managing services such as Active Directory Domain, DNS, DHCP, and other services within the Windows family of products.

*Skilled in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft server systems.

*Experienced in the installation, configuration, and management of virtualization systems (VMware).

*Proficient in backup processes (Veeam).

*Preferably certified in CCNA, CCNP, or similar networking certifications.

*Strong knowledge of basic networking technologies such as TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, VPN, Wireless, and Network Management.

*Familiar with network devices from manufacturers such as Cisco, Fortigate, and Ruijie.

*Continuously monitor, analyze, and take necessary actions to improve network performance.

*Capable of managing cloud servers and configuring network settings (Google Cloud, Azure).

*Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems.

*A degree from a relevant field.

*At least 3 years of experience in IT Systems Support & Network roles.

*Proficient in reading and understanding technical documentation in English.

*Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

*Team-oriented with strong communication abilities.

*High sense of responsibility.

*Open to new technologies and developments.

*Strong task management and reporting skills.

*Valid Class B driver's license and no restrictions on travel.
