Responsibilities:

    • Participate in discovery meetings with clients and prospects to understand and document their sales, marketing and customer service requirements and business processes
    • Participate in steering committee meetings with the client and be the escalation point for client communications
    • Participate in the pre-sales process as needed for RFPs and SOWs
    • Configure/customize D365/PowerApps using web-based administration tools (form layout, workflow design, view creation, etc.)
    • Work with developers to define and create specifications for any custom code or data migration requirements
    • Create and manage project timelines to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
    • Train end-users
    • Create knowledge transfer documentation

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or Business Systems preferred) or related experience
    • 0-2 years of experience working on projects, business analysis, and/or requirements gathering (technology experience with applications is preferred but not necessary)
    • Familiar with relational databases is a plus
    • Self-starter and able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and projects
    • Energized by working at an entrepreneurial company
    • Self-motivated, dependable and reliable teammate
    • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills
    • Demonstrated leadership qualities and client service focused mindset
    • Microsoft certifications a plus, but not required
