We’re looking for a Senior Producer who will take the ownership of core features and content production on Angry Birds Dream Blast game. You will partner with other producers on LiveOps activities, releases, etc. and collaborate with a Game lead and team members to achieve the business goals.
You will have impact and fun at work by doing:
- Work in tandem with the other Senior producer and LiveOps Producers, support and challenge each other to drive the success of the game forward
- Coordinate and facilitate game feature development and content production in multiple game pods using agile methodologies
- Own the deliverables in the project and help the game team to break things down into understandable, manageable and meaningful tasks
- Constantly improve the ways of working, team processes, pipelines and team culture
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- Several years of Producer experience on live F2P mobile games
- Great knowledge and experience in estimation, scheduling, scoping, release planning and stakeholder communication
- Proven ability to do short and long term improvements for working practices and process
- Ability to give concise and clear directions and facilitate good communication in the team
- Ability to foster the culture of team empowerment and ownership
- Excellent communication skills in English
It would be nice if you also have the following skills:
- Good knowledge of game KPIs and analytical skills
- Experience from level based casual puzzle games
- Experience in managing multiple teams/big teams
