Salary/Rate Details:
The range for this position is $21.00-$25.00 per hour. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown. What you'll be doing:

    • As a Customer Specialist, you will be the “voice” of Royal as you resolve and coordinate the needs of our valued customers and patients. 
    • You will be responsible for the highest level of service to our customers and patients. Answering multiple phone lines, delegating timely and important information to all appropriate parties
    • As part of our Core Values, our Customer Specialists are expected to be Empathetic to our patients, Adaptable to the challenges of healthcare, and Engaging with all departments and stakeholders involved. 
    • You will have the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the inner-workings of the healthcare industry, and have a direct impact on the patient continuum of care. 

What you need to bring to the table:

    • A knack for Customer Service - you must be able to give our customers “The Royal Treatment” - customer service experience highly preferred; at least 1 year of prior call-center experience highly preferred
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 
    • A strong ability to navigate complex problems both independently and with a team-focused mindset 
    • A desire to work in an upbeat, family & team oriented environment
    • Must be confident and proficient in typing
