Burning Man Registered Nurse Applicant Questions

  • Are you 18 years of age or older?
  • Do you have an active Nevada Registered Nurse license or the ability to obtain a Nevada Registered Nurse license by July 1, 2025?
  • If “Yes”, list when your Nevada Registered Nurse license expires.
  • Have you worked as a Registered Nurse for at least one (1) year within a hospital Emergency Department?
  • If “Yes”, share your hospital Emergency Department experience.
  • Have you worked as an Registered Nurse within a hospital Emergency Department in the last five (5) years?
  • Do you possess a valid AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications? -OR- Can you obtain them by July 1st, 2025?
  • List the date your American Heart Association certifications expire (CPR/BLS, ACLS, PALS).
  • Are all your required immunizations current and within the last 10 years? (i.e. COVID-19, Flu, Tdap, Varicella, HepB, and MMR)
  • Have you completed the following courses: ICS-100, ICS-00003, ICS-700, and IS 800 -OR- Can you complete them by July 1st, 2025?
  • You will be required to work 12-hour shifts at this event. Are you available to work a minimum of four (4) days between August 19 - September 2, 2025?
  • List the dates you are available to work between August 19 - September 2, 2025.
  • Has there ever been disciplinary action taken against your Registered Nurse license?
  • Do you have your own reliable transportation to and from Black Rock, NV? (Royal Ambulance will not be providing transportation.)
  • Royal Ambulance utilizes SMS as part of its communication process before, during, and after the event. Do you agree to receive communication from Royal Ambulance via text message?
