Who We Are Seeking:
Reporting to the COO, the Vice President of Operations will be an integral and influential member of our leadership team, acting as an operational change agent responsible for the delivery of our daily field operations and business objectives. Your leadership will be key in instilling behavior and communication skills that demonstrates Royal’s commitment to superior patient care, coaching, and mentoring our operations leadership team. This leader will empower our field operations team, enable them with the resources needed to be successful, and maintain our track record as one of the Best Places to Work. 

The VP of Operations will also be a dynamic and adaptable leader who has proven experience in budgeting, project oversight, service delivery, and change management in a Healthcare or Transportation/Logistics environment. This role requires someone fiscally minded with a focus on top line growth, yet implement and monitor practices that optimize margins without sacrificing quality. Strong project management and operations experience will support the mission of our Royal’s critical growth projects, including service-line expansion and resource management.

Qualifications

    • Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration with major emphasis in accounting, finance, economics, or closely related field.
    • Required Experience: 8-10+ years of experience within a healthcare operations (Facility, Hospital, EMS) environment OR Transportation & Logistics, including five years of progressive leadership experience. 
    • Proven Successes: Successful track record of successfully using data and analysis to lead growth projects, working with key executive stakeholders, supply chain management, and operations
    • Proven ability to set goals and objectives and measure performance and results delivery
    • Strong communications and relationship building skills
