This is a temporary opportunity through the end of 2024.
Must have Medtech, Supply Chain and PM experience,
Responsibilities:
- Establish project plans with associated milestones, deliverables, and deadlines
- Ability to execute process mapping workshops and support new process definition
- Define communication plan and communicate effectively across the organization throughout the project lifecycle
- Act as a single point of contact and provide coordination of deliverables, tasks, and action items
- Develop strong relationships with all stakeholders to create a high-performing project team
- Ensure that projects are completed on schedule and with appropriate documented approvals
- Coordinate routing, tracking, and archiving of project documentation
- Collect and document project risks and issues and escalate as needed to appropriate stakeholders
- Coordinate development and delivery of project status reports
- Review project status reports and follow up on needed changes
- Collect and document resource/stakeholder information
- Facilitate cross-functional involvement on projects
- Identify and track risks, actions, issues, and decisions
- Development and management of change management plan
- Project organization (i.e. meeting establishment, standardized notes, discussions, action tracking)
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization (project team to executive level)
- Deliver assigned projects in scope within budget and on time.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
- Ability to execute effective lessons learned following project completion
Requirements:
- College degree
- 1-4 years of project management experience
- 1-2 years of medical device experience
