Overview:
Rumble’s Director of Social Media will lead social media strategy and content creation for all
extensions of Rumble’s quickly-growing brand. This person will balance innovative storytelling,
purposeful messaging, brand strategy, and data-driven insights to curate a disruptive, best-in-
class, and unmistakably brand-forward social presence.

Responsibilities:
- Define and lead how Rumble’s brand comes to life on social media
- Maintain and elevate Rumble’s positioning as the fitness industry’s leader in brand and social
- Develop a forward-thinking and innovative social strategy that leverages Rumble’s brand positioning and supports its upcoming growth
- Develop and oversee a robust and strategic social content calendar that caters to
overarching brand goals and specific marketing objectives, evolving regularly based on performance and data insights
- Turn social analytics into engaging, best-in-class content
- Create and plan content that communicates Rumble’s brand identity and visual aesthetic
across all social touch points
- Manage social media manager, community managers and content freelancers
- Define social KPIs and compile weekly and monthly reporting for all major insights
- Be on top of the changing social, digital and cultural landscape — always in search of
new areas of opportunity
- Develop and distribute best practices for social platforms
- Develop processes and workflows that streamline the social content creation process
and allow Rumble’s brand presence to keep up with the company’s rapid growth and recognition
- Support Rumble’s paid media efforts
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in social media marketing, brand strategy, and digital/social planning
- Track record developing social strategies and content that drive growth and engagement
- Experience creating and organizing workflows for social and content departments
- Experience managing, writing to, and elevating a brand voice
- Strong competitive knowledge of best-in-class brand and social practices
- Exceptional attention to detail and project management skills
- Creative agency and/or start-up experience

- Excellent planning, prioritizing and multitasking skills in a high volume workload
environment
- Ability to balance competing priorities, deadlines and multiple projects
- 
Ability to take initiative, work independently and work effectively under pressure while producing accurate and consistent results
