We need an exceptionally talented full cycle Sr. Recruiter to help define and execute the talent acquisition strategy at Run The World to attract and hire and best talent. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-growing Series A company to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates, and execute on hiring strategies in line with company growth targets. They have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, being able to articulate the company's vision, organization, possess strong verbal and written communication skills and have an ability to prioritize their time.  

What You'll be Doing

    • Own and manage the recruiting process through the entire candidate lifecycle for entry to management-level positions across both technical and non-technical teams.
    • You will own both tech and business recruiting, build a pipeline of exceptionally talented individuals and generate a consistent flow of candidates by creatively using social media, stories, videos, online events etc.
    • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches
    • Develop job postings, conduct interviews, present and negotiate employment offers, all while ensuring a high-touch candidate experience
    • Partner with HR for successful onboarding, communicating status to all stakeholders along the way
    • Build and maintain external networks by proactively searching for active and passive candidates and managing on-going relationships
    • Stay well-informed of the competitive landscape, including compensation and employment trends

What You Bring to the Table

    • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting (tech and business experience is highly desirable)
    • Demonstrated track record of building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research
    • Being exceptional at storytelling
    • Proven experience in identifying, engaging and closing active and passive candidates
    • Experience partnering with teams and clients, including senior management
    • A deep passion for building effective and high-performing teams
    • Experience in both technical (software engineering and product) and non-technical recruiting a plus
