As Marketing Manager, Content & Communications at realworld one, you will play a key role in shaping how we communicate our mission, solutions, and impact to the global life sciences community. You will transform strategic direction into compelling narratives, manage global marketing initiatives, and ensure that our brand voice is consistently clear, engaging, and impactful across all channels.

Collaborating closely with stakeholders across our Client Strategy & Value Creation and Solution Management as well as senior leadership, you will oversee the creation of high-quality content, lead communications efforts, and drive the success of our XR Community events worldwide. Reporting directly to the VP Commercial Strategy & Operations, you will take ownership of brand storytelling and execution, ensuring alignment with both company goals and client needs.

Responsibilities

    • Develop and deliver compelling content that supports campaigns, thought leadership, and the buyer journey.
    • Translate complex, technical topics into accessible, benefit-driven messaging for diverse audiences.
    • Lead global XR Community events and oversee participation in industry events to drive engagement and thought leadership.
    • Manage PR and communications initiatives to increase awareness of product innovations, customer success stories, and company milestones.
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure alignment of content, events, and communications with business objectives.
    • Safeguard and evolve the brand’s voice, tone, and messaging across all channels and formats.

Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, marketing communications, or product marketing, ideally within technology or life sciences.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to adapt tone and style to diverse audiences and formats.
    • Demonstrated expertise in translating complex topics into engaging, benefit-driven narratives.
    • Experience managing content, events, and PR activities in fast-paced, global environments.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • A proactive ownership mindset, with proven ability to independently deliver high-quality outcomes.
    • Fluency in English (German is a plus, not necessary).
